We encourage all students to become active in our programs.  

For participation, parents must select the sports their child is interested in when completing Final Forms.  This selection will populate a set of additional forms required by OHSAA for athletes.  Annual physicals are required to participate.  Once all athletic forms are completed within Final Forms, the Physical Form can be printed and taken to the physical for the physician's signature.
