✈️ An unforgettable day of learning!
Our students had the incredible opportunity to meet an inspiring former Civil Air Patrol cadet whose journey led her to the U.S. Air Force Academy and a remarkable career in military aviation.
She shared her experiences as one of the first female fighter pilots and spoke about her multiple combat tours in Iraq, giving our class a powerful, real-world perspective on leadership, perseverance, and service. It was a meaningful field trip our students won't soon forget!

🐯 September is Attendance Awareness Month! 🧡💙
At Galion City Schools, we know that every day counts and every Tiger matters. Being in school consistently gives students more opportunities to learn, build friendships, connect with their teachers, and keep moving toward their goals.
With our 4-day school week, Mondays can be a great day to schedule appointments, errands, haircuts, and other activities whenever possible—helping us protect Tuesday–Friday as learning days.
